Cancel & Refund Policy
Advanced System Repair offers a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee on initial purchases and eligible software add-ons. Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase or cancel their subscription through the ASR Portal or Customer Support. Eligible recurring subscription charges may also be refunded if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the renewal date. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to complete.
