All initial purchases are covered by a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date through any of the following methods:

2. Subscription Renewals and Recurring Payments

Advanced System Repair subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Refunds for recurring subscription charges are available under the following conditions:

  • Customers who request cancellation within 30 days of a recurring payment will be eligible for a 100% refund of that recurring charge.

  • Customers who request cancellation more than 30 days after a recurring payment are not eligible for a refund of that charge.

  • Refunds apply only to the most recent recurring payment.

  • Previous recurring payments, the original purchase, and any charges outside the applicable refund period are not eligible for refund.

3. Order Add-Ons

Any additional software or services purchased as part of the original order are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging in to your ASR Portal account and selecting Cancel/Refund.

Canceling your subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically guarantee a refund unless the request meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, although the exact timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution, credit card provider, or payment processor.
